Residential Assistant Manager Northeast Kingdom Human Services is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to provide site leadership for a new licensed Residential Care Home in Lyndon Vermont. Requirements

Associate’s degree in human services field or equivalent experience in human services field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative and/or supervisory role in residential care is preferred.

Nice To Haves

A plus for demonstrated experience and competence in working with individuals who are developmentally disabled.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in the overall operation of a licensed Residential Care Home including shared on-call responsibilities. May include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in maintaining adequate staff to meet requirements of the program and to supervise, schedule and support staff in the exercise of their duties.
Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in maintaining compliance with any and all applicable regulations and NKHS policies.
Responsible for prioritizing resident safety.
Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in maintaining the facilities in a safe, clean and home-like manner
Responsible for providing for the needs of the consumers.
