About The Position
Residential Advocate Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!) Schedule: 3pm-11pm (up to 24 hours per week) with every other weekend Kickstart your career in healthcare—no experience needed! From offering emotional support to overseeing recovery activities, your role is key to creating a safe and nurturing space for our clients. Here’s what you’ll do: Be a source of hope and encouragement: Help facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks. Be a role model: Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion. Ensure safety & accountability: Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security. Stay organized: Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks. Be part of their journey: Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours. Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
