About The Position

Residential Advocate Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!) From offering emotional support to overseeing recovery activities, your role is key to creating a safe and nurturing space for our clients. Here’s what you’ll do: Be a source of hope and encouragement: Help facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks. Be a role model: Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion. Ensure safety & accountability: Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security. Stay organized: Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks. Be part of their journey: Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours. Requirements
