Adjuncts are essential to Liberty University’s mission of Training Champions for Christ. It is expected that an adjunct member models a personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University, engage in an active commitment to, and experience of, personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview. Adjuncts should view their teaching, engagement with students, and scholarship as a means to a significant educational end. They should strive to employ a variety of techniques for the development of good learning conditions, view each student as a unique individual, and insofar as it is possible, provide for individual differences, abilities, and interests. Job-Specific Details The Allied Health Professions Department within the School of Health Sciences at Liberty University invites applications for a residential adjunct position in Athletic Training starting July 1, 2025. The most competitive applicants will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and possess a Biblical worldview that aligns with the university's mission. Adjuncts need to passionately support the LU mission to equip future champions for Christ with an education in fidelity to the Christian faith expressed through Holy Scriptures. Additionally, adjuncts must maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with the Department Chair, other faculty, and students, at all times. Adjunct faculty will also be expected to take advantage of teaching moments and opportunities using weekly announcements and emails.
