Resident Veterinarian - Surgery
About The Position
The Surgical Residency program at The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center is a 3-year, comprehensive training experience with direct guidance in the surgical management of diseases. A very active and varied caseload is one of the prime attractions of this residency program. This feature allows residents to perform many difficult and complicated procedures repeatedly so that experience and confidence increases along with knowledge and exposure. The surgery department also has brand new, state of the art operating rooms and equipment. Residents work alongside colleagues in nearly all specialties, fostering a collaborative environment for patient care and research opportunities.

- NAVLE Required for Licensure or to Start the Program
