About The Position

Overview: Job Description Summary: Provides medical care and treatment to patientson a part-time or temporary basis. Job Description: Essential Functions: Conducts patient assessments and diagnoses medical conditions. Develops and implements treatment plans for patients in accordance with established protocols. Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. Communicates with patients and their families to provide education and support. Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient and coordinates care with other healthcare professionals. Participates in the training and education of medical students, residents, and fellows as required. Stays up-to-date with medical advancements and research to provide the best possible care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine equivalent, required.
• Graduate of an approved Fellowship program if applicable, required.
• Medical License in the State of Ohio, required.
• For surgery - completed at least 3 months of a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery rotation at the Hospital and is a PGY3 or PGY4 or higher at another hospital.
