Community Service Foundation (CSF) are dedicated to providing education, counseling, foster care and other services to help young people and their families to grow and change through restorative practices. As a new Part-Time Resident Staff member in Foster Care at Community Service Foundation, you can expect a rewarding yet challenging daily routine focused on supporting youth in a residential setting. Each day, you'll engage with the youth, helping them navigate their emotional and social challenges while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. This hands-on aspect of the position not only allows you to build strong relationships with the clients but also offers the opportunity to encourage their personal growth and development outside of the residential setting. Your presence will be a cornerstone of stability for the youth, making your role integral to their development.

Requirements

  • A valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work every other weekend / overnight
