About The Position

The Resident Services Specialist plays a key role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and well-run amenity experience for residents and guests. This position supports daily operations, resident engagement, and community programming.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required; hospitality or community amenity experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Energetic, professional, and resident-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and office equipment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience assisting with events, programs, or activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver the “Arch Amenities Group Experience” by providing exceptional customer service aligned with company standards, values, and brand expectations.
Greet residents and guests, answer questions, and assist with amenity and program information.
Register residents for programs, classes, and events; assist with reservations as needed.
Process transactions, handle payments, and follow financial reporting procedures when applicable.
Support daily amenity operations.
Assist with facility cleanliness, supply inventory, and general organization of spaces.
Communicate resident feedback and concerns to management.
Ensure facilities are accessed appropriately and remain safe and secure.
Complete shift communication logs and share pertinent updates with team members.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Lifestyle and Amenity Operations team.
Open and Close facilities as needed.
Keep the inbox empty.
Facility tours with new residents and prospects.
