As the Resident Services Manager, you’ll have a big mission. If you accept it, your mission is to provide quality customer service to the apartment community. This position serves as the main contact for resident communication in accordance with Company and Fair Housing guidelines. The Resident Services Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents while coordinating programs and initiatives to enhance the resident experience. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what’ was done here at BH!
