Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents
  • Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies
  • Support our independent living residents in the community, ensuring a successful life experience while promoting the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of those living in the community
  • Establishes relationships with new residents and works to ensure their successful integration into the community.
  • Participates in the coordination of services to residents through appropriate staff committees and departmental meetings
  • Reinforces positive employee relations, ensures standards of appearance are met, creates a work environment that encourages positive problem solving, and facilities an engaged workforce.

  • Compensation: range $75,000-$90,000 annually commensurate with experience plus eligibility for annual bonus.
