If so, we would like to talk to you about joining our Front Desk Hospitality team as a Resident Services team member! You will be directly responsible for Resident happiness! Your job duties will include hourly interaction with our residents to help assist them with a variety of tasks including wellness checks, meal reminders and scheduling transportation requests. You will also be responsible for answering phones and helping assist with the ebb and flow of resident and guest questions as people come to you for answers.

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in a busy setting, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors

Nice To Haves

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
  • Ability to physically cover the expanse of a large campus quickly

Responsibilities

  • Walk dogs and deliver meals to residents
  • Provide companionship to residents
  • Serve as a first responder and liaison between emergency personnel
  • Coordinate communication between residents and other team members
  • Conduct wellness checks and meal reminders
  • Schedule transportation requests for residents
  • Answer phones and assist with resident and guest inquiries
