About The Position

The Resident Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors while supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming lobby environment, and assisting the leasing team with touring, follow-ups, and resident relations.

Requirements

  • Ability to utilize AMSI property management software to create, track, and follow up on resident work orders, ensuring timely communication with the maintenance team and appropriate updates to residents.
  • Ability to manage guest card activity within On-Site systems, including entering prospect information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
  • Support day-to-day leasing and administrative functions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a welcoming lobby environment.
  • Assist the leasing team with touring, follow-ups, and resident relations.
  • Greet residents, prospects, vendors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and common areas.
  • Manage packages, deliveries, and resident notifications.
  • Assist with resident requests, questions, and service follow-ups.
  • Enforce community policies courteously and professionally when needed.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out coordination, including welcome packets and keys.
  • Communicate effectively with the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
  • Plan, schedule, and support on-site resident events and trips, including creating event flyers, assisting with setup and breakdown, coordinating with vendors or internal teams, and promoting events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents as needed, particularly during peak leasing periods.
  • Independently manage tours and prospect interactions when leasing staff are unavailable.
  • Work alone every Saturday providing tours and prospect support.
  • Answer basic leasing questions regarding pricing, availability, amenities, and application procedures.
