We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents by connecting them with resources, strengthening community engagement, and promoting overall well-being.
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting diverse, high-need populations, with experience collaborating across community partners and multi-agency initiatives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, reporting)
- Ability to effectively support individuals facing complex social, mental health, legal, and financial challenges
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Identify resident needs and connect individuals and families to appropriate programs, services, and community resources
- Build partnerships and engage residents to strengthen community involvement and participation
- Manage and sustain resident services programming, including budgeting and securing funding sources
- Support resident well-being through assessments, goal-setting, crisis intervention, and collaboration with property management
