Description The Springs at Carman Oaks is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to support resident care and Health Services operations in our Assisted Living and Memory care community . This role is ideal for someone who finds meaning in supporting others—residents and coworkers alike—and who brings steadiness, compassion, and follow-through to their work.

Requirements

Have experience in assisted living and memory care or senior living
Have worked as a Caregiver or Medication Technician
Are organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
Communicate clearly and follow through
Believe in honoring choice, independence, and individuality

Responsibilities

Support resident services through writing and updating care plans, coordinating care with Springs employees and outside providers, and documentation to ensure consistent care and regulatory compliance
Partner closely with the Health Services Administrator and health services team members, including nurses, caregivers and med techs
Help ensure services are delivered with consistency, respect, and dignity
Support staffing coordination during assigned on-call rotations. Scheduled days would be Tuesday- Saturday, could change as on-call shift are picked up.
