Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in social services (property‑based experience a plus)
  • Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low‑income communities
  • Strong communication, judgment, and relationship‑building skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided)
  • Driver’s license required
  • Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals
  • Provide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management
  • Build relationships with residents and host community‑building activities
  • Connect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans
