Donaldson, a leader in the multifamily property management industry, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Resident Relations Coordinator and Leasing Specialist for our community in Glenburnie, MD (Regency Club). As the heart of our community, you’ll bring residents together, keep communication flowing, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred
• Yardi experience a plus
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to host events

Responsibilities

• Foster a warm, welcoming community atmosphere
• Plan and host creative social events and activities
• Build strong resident and corporate referral networks
• Share local area knowledge with newcomers
• Address resident needs quickly and personally
• Manage service requests and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Promote the property positively to residents and the surrounding community
• Support the Property Manager in addressing resident concerns
