About The Position

As a full-time Resident Project Representative, you will support the Project Manager and Construction Contractor by reviewing and documenting construction activities and adhering to the contractor's schedule. Your role includes assisting engineering staff with field work, observing public works construction, performing material tests, and supporting project progress. You will collaborate with engineering and field teams on tasks throughout the day, including inspections, reporting, and public communication . Nice To Haves

• Valid PA Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check if required
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, math skills, and the ability to work well with the public
• Must be willing to work outdoors and be physically able to do field work
