HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Pharmacotherapy responsibilities for patients admitted in specific areas within the hospital in accordance with individual resident rotations. In addition to these responsibilities, the incumbent is expected to perform the duties of a Clinical Staff Pharmacist in addition the incumbent is held accountable to the goals and objectives of an ASHP accredited Postgraduate Year 1 Pharmacy Residency. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- Current Florida pharmacist license or eligible for licensure in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Pharmacotherapy responsibilities for patients admitted in specific areas within the hospital in accordance with individual resident rotations.
- Perform the duties of a Clinical Staff Pharmacist
- Accountable to the goals and objectives of an ASHP accredited Postgraduate Year 1 Pharmacy Residency.
