As a Resident Pharmacist, you will complete an intensive post-graduate training program, developing advanced clinical skills and expertise to deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care and optimize medication safety. You will rotate through diverse clinical settings, providing direct patient care under supervision. This role involves evaluating medication regimens, making evidence-based recommendations, monitoring therapy, and educating.
