Position Summary The Resident Site Monitor provides a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for program participants. This role focuses on assisting clients with daily living, maintaining cleanliness and order, enforcing program rules, and ensuring the facility meets all health and safety standards. The Site Monitor helps participants adapt to community living while treating all clients with respect, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
