About The Position

The Housing Company, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to providing affordable housing solutions, is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Resident Manager at the Lake Country Apartments. In This Role, You Will: Oversee daily operations of Lake Country Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns Ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants This position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the community and help address the critical need for affordable housing. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred, along with basic record-keeping and computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up, and ensure completion
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
