This position is required to live on site at Valleywood Apartments. FTE: .01, Shift: Variable, Schedule: Variable Position Summary The Resident Manager is responsible for a residential apartment complex for persons with mental illness.

Requirements

One year experience in housing/apartment management, delivery of housing or social services, property maintenance, janitorial or experience commensurate with responsibilities outlined above preferred
Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Law and its application preferred.
Experience working with the mentally ill preferred.
High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Receive and/or prepare work orders, address tenant concerns and follow up on any corrective actions needed.
Ensure the property and facilities are clear of debris and in working order.
Make minor repairs of the interior and exterior of the property as needed. Includes cleaning and painting of vacant units.
Conduct tenant move in & move out inspections, weekly inspections per the lease and assist with annual inspections
