This position is required to live on site at Valleywood Apartments. FTE: .01, Shift: Variable, Schedule: Variable Position Summary The Resident Manager is responsible for a residential apartment complex for persons with mental illness. Responsibilities Receive and/or prepare work orders, address tenant concerns and follow up on any corrective actions needed. Ensure the property and facilities are clear of debris and in working order. Make minor repairs of the interior and exterior of the property as needed. Includes cleaning and painting of vacant units. Conduct tenant move in & move out inspections, weekly inspections per the lease and assist with annual inspections Requirements One year experience in housing/apartment management, delivery of housing or social services, property maintenance, janitorial or experience commensurate with responsibilities outlined above preferred Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Law and its application preferred. Experience working with the mentally ill preferred. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.16 - $21.16 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align. Requirements
