Requirements

Proven experience in a retail sales role, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a track record of driving business growth.
Exceptional product knowledge and passion for clean and sustainable beauty, with a genuine enthusiasm for the Westman Atelier brand.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and build lasting relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed retail sales targets set by management, demonstrating a proactive approach to recognizing areas of opportunity and growth.
Utilize superior product knowledge to engage customers and effectively communicate the unique benefits of Westman Atelier products.
Employ exceptional interpersonal skills to stop and engage customers, introducing them to the Westman Atelier brand.
Drive animation and events on the counter to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Deliver excellence in executing the Westman Atelier service standards, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and guidance.
Participate actively in training meetings, both virtual and at-counter, provided by the Sales and Education Team.
Ensure the counter maintains excellent visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and adequate stock levels.
Foster open and effective communication with in-store staff and personal, keeping them informed of relevant actions and events.
Promptly report any out-of-stock items to management and ensuring timely replenishment.
