Resident Intern
About The Position
Find your purpose as Resident Intern at CentraCare. This practice provides an opportunity to apply the theoretical foundations learned in the classroom to practical experiences in the operation of one healthcare organization. The candidate will witness the CentraCare’s mission and observe the application of organizational strategy, structure, systems, staff and style that work together to accomplish that mission. Schedule: Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Monday-Friday 8a-5p Temporary position starting the end of May 2026, lasting 12 weeks Onsite at St. Cloud Hospital Pay and Benefits: This is a flat rate position of $25.00hr Benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts! Requirements
- Enrolled in Master of Healthcare Administration program.
Responsibilities
- Completes special projects for Administrator’s as assigned.
- Administrative rotation through various care centers and support services within St. Cloud Hospital.
- Exposure to key strategic and transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Attendance at various senior leadership and administrative meetings within both strategy and operations.
- Assists with special events and tours.
- Special projects to be determined.
