About The Position
A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Resident Engineer for their Peoria team! Responsibilities: Oversee inspection construction project involving underground utility improvements using local, state and federal funding (water/sanitary/storm) Prepare all construction documentation according to IDOT BLR & S requirements Measure/calculate pay item quantities Coordinate daily/weekly with clients
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 6+ years of construction experience
- Certification in Documentation of Contract Quantities
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in MicroStation and GeoPak preferred
- Inspection experience for utility facility improvements (lift stations, reservoirs, pump stations) preferred
