As a Resident Emergency Response Coordinator (RERC), you’ll provide trusted 24/7 emergency response services for Frasier residents and guests—responding to alerts, coordinating emergency services, and supporting campus safety systems that help residents feel secure every day. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Working knowledge of emergency response procedures and safety practices appropriate to an Independent Living setting.
  • Understanding of resident safety principles, including fall response, emergency escalation, and basic first aid within scope of practice.
  • Knowledge of incident reporting requirements, documentation standards, and confidentiality expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly during emergencies.
  • Ability to respond physically and promptly to emergency situations, including walking rounds and rapid response to alerts.
  • Ability to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout overnight shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience in providing urgent response and personal care, preferred.
