About The Position
Join Our Team as a Resident Care Assistant on the Evening Shift Are you passionate about helping others live with dignity, comfort, and joy? We’re looking for compassionate Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to support our residents in a warm, home-like environment. Full and part-time positions available. Requirements
- At least one year of direct care experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A caring, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to perform physical tasks and safely assist with lifting and mobility
