Requirements

Prior experience as a Med Tech or Caregiver preferred, with a strong understanding of senior care needs
Ability to pass a Level Two background check and drug screening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis
Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety procedures

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status as a Med Tech, following all safety and regulatory guidelines
Document resident care activities accurately and timely
Respond promptly to residents’ needs and concerns, ensuring their comfort and safety
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Assist with activities of daily living and promote a respectful, dignified environment
Participate in rotating weekend shifts to ensure continuous resident care
