Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or med tech roles preferred
• Certification as a Med Tech or relevant healthcare training is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, including every other weekend
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all safety and compliance protocols
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and timely
