Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Compassion for and interest in working with older adults
- No prior experience needed - paid training provided!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, including walking and transfers
- Assist with medication administration in accordance with training and community guidelines
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality care
