Requirements
- A compassionate, patient, and organized individual who thrives in a team setting.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Strong integrity, excellent character, and a genuine desire to care for others.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
- Provide support with housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime services.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions and behaviors.
- Assist with medication management using our Electronic Medication System.
