About The Position

The RCA will assist residents in an enhanced assisted living home, promoting and restoring their quality of life through personalized care. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork and effective communication with both residents and staff.

Requirements

• Current NYS certification as a CNA and/or current HHA certification preferred, but not required
• Good communication skills and a desire to work as part of a team
• Evening and overnight availability is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with medication assistance preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance
• Provide compassionate care to residents with a range of physical and cognitive deficits
• Promote residents' quality of life by delivering nursing care tailored to their individual care plans
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive resident care
