The Resident Camp Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of camp, including: Year-round operations and program development Property, land, and facilities management Financial stewardship and budget oversight Staff recruitment, development, and supervision Risk management and safety compliance Fundraising, donor cultivation, and community engagement Capital improvement planning and long-term sustainability This leader ensures excellence in camper experience while maintaining and enhancing the physical assets entrusted to the YMCA. As a branch of the YMCA of Central Stark County, camp operates with an annual budget of approximately $500,000 and provides transformative residential camping experiences rooted in the YMCA's values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
