Northcrest is a non-profit facility licensed by the State of Iowa; however, not certified by CMS for Medicaid or Medicare. Requirements

Medication Manager preferred, but not required - training will otherwise be provided
CNA certification preferred, but not required
CPR certification required, or willingness to become certified within 90 days
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Must be willing to work every other weekend
Reliability and dependability required
Ability to properly operate electronic phones and computers
