About The Position
Resident Assistant (Part-Time) Heritage Court Assisted Living – Houston, MN Heritage Court Assisted Living is seeking caring and dependable Resident Assistants to join our team. We are a small, 18-unit assisted living community located in Houston, Minnesota , focused on providing quality care in a warm, home-like environment. Position Details: Part-time positions available Day and PM shifts Flexible scheduling
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Prior caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
- CNA certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing compassionate, respectful care and support
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Supporting residents' independence and dignity
