About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking Resident Assistants (caregivers) for their Orchard Hills Assisted Living residence located at 1403 Truax Blvd Eau Claire, WI 54703. This position offers an opportunity to provide quality time with residents, work within a supportive team environment, and feel valued for your contributions. Both certified nursing assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply, with CNAs receiving a CNA wage. On-the-job, paid training is provided for new caregivers, covering essential skills such as standard precautions, medication administration and management, CBRF fire safety, first aid, and choking. Dove Healthcare is an innovative healthcare provider and community partner, operating 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across various locations in Wisconsin. Their core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 18 years of age
