About The Position

Dove Healthcare consists of 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across multiple locations in Wisconsin. Their core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The nurse role involves overseeing all aspects of patient care, providing direct patient care, observing and managing acute changes in patient conditions, and helping to provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Requirements

  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a licensed practical nurse (LPN)
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • ability to work every other weekend (full and part-time positions)

Responsibilities

  • oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNA)
  • provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
  • observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
  • help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
