Vineyard Post Acute is Hiring for AM and PM shift! Registered Nurse (RN) Vineyard Post Acute – Petaluma, CA Schedule - 4-2 rotation NOC shift : 10:30pm - 7:00am Pay: $50 to $60 per hour, DOE Vineyard Post Acute is hiring a full time Registered Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team in Petaluma, CA. Our skilled nursing and post acute facility is focused on providing exceptional care, and we are looking for compassionate RNs who are committed to resident well-being. Requirements

  • Current California RN license
  • Current CPR or BLS certification
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Team player with a compassionate, resident-centered approach

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in skilled nursing or post acute care preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor and document resident status and progress
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate and support residents and families on care plans
