Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Support individualized care plans
  • Document care and report changes in condition
  • Encourage resident independence and dignity
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Interact with residents with patience, compassion, and a friendly smile
