About The Position

Available Shifts 3rd Shift (Nights) Full-Time & Part-Time 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 2nd Shift Full-Time 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability required.
Requirements
- Resident Assistant or CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare, hospitality, or service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Support residents during meals and overnight routines
- Respond promptly to resident calls and needs
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure resident safety and comfort
- Help maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
- Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed
