Requirements

Resident Assistant or CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Healthcare, hospitality, or service experience a plus

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
Support residents during meals and daily routines
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain accurate documentation
Help keep resident rooms and common areas clean and comfortable
Promote resident dignity, safety, and independence
