Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Compassionate nature and commitment to senior care
If you do not have a Med Manager certificate , the position will require you to take the IALA Med Manager course provided by the community.

Nice To Haves

CNA experience (Preferred)
CMA certificate (Preferred)
Medication Aide or Med Manager Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care under the direction of the Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director and the Assistant Executive Director
Administer medications according to certification and state guidelines
Monitoring resident well-being and assisting with basic health-related tasks
Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
