About The Position

Resident Assistant / Medication Manager (Weekend Pack 6a–6p) Western Home Communities is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant / Medication Manager to join our award-winning team in our assisted living facility. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to obtain Medication Manager certification
Willingness to obtain Medication Manager certification (we’ll help you enroll!)
Positive attitude and strong commitment to serving others
Ability to interact with residents, families, and coworkers professionally
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Nice To Haves

CNA license is a plus, but not required
Prior experience in direct care is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities: bathing, dressing, mobility, hygiene, etc.
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident calls
Support household tasks such as meals, cleaning, and laundry
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care
Accurately chart interactions and changes in resident conditions
(With certification) Prepare and administer medications and treatments per protocol
Ensure resident rights, dignity, and privacy are always respected
