Resident Assistant/CNA
About The Position
Our Babbitt Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Full time, PM Available Shift differential for PM extra $1.00 and overnight extra $1.50 RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided. Assist adults with activities of daily living. Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment. Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
- CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
- Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
- Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
