About The Position

Find your purpose as the Residency Support Supervisor with CentraCare! Responsible for supervising and leading the coordination of activities associated with CentraCare Graduate Medical Education tracks and residents visiting from non-CentraCare programs. Facilitates a welcoming and hospitable environment and works cooperatively with the Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, University of Minnesota, CentraCare GME program staff/faculty, community preceptors, residency support staff, and Clinician Experience. Performs a variety of administrative functions support the operation of the CentraCare Graduate Medical Education tracks. Major responsibilities include organizing and/or directing resident and faculty recruitment, resident orientation, reporting processes to ACGME (Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education), specialty boards, gathering of information for MERC (Medical Education and Research Costs) and IRIS (Intern and Resident Information System) reporting, updates on FRIEDA (Fellowship and Residency Electronic Interactive Database), ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System), and GME Track, resident physicians rotations and maintaining all academic files and databases to assure compliance with the ACGME and ABFM. Schedule: Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p Hybrid of in-office and at-home work Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $52,421.78 per year and increases with experience. Qualifications: Minimum two-year post-secondary education degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management or related field OR a minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience in lieu of education. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a related field. Notary License prior to completion of orientation required. Previous office management experience strongly preferred. Previous medical office or medical education experience strongly preferred. Previous residency exposure is a plus. Knowledge of office scheduling processes and Microsoft Office required. Strong computer and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication.
