This position will collaborate in developing and implementing a residency model program as part of the Educator Preparation Program within the college’s Teacher Education Department. The program goal will be to support and create a strong university-district-agency partnership between the Teacher Education Department at San Juan College, and school districts throughout New Mexico. This position will conduct field observations of students, lead meetings with teacher residents and school-based personnel, attend program design team meetings and provide general supervision support to teacher residents and co-teachers. Position is a grant position and is subject to grant approval and criteria.
