This position is responsible for providing operational, management and administrative support functions for the Family Medicine Residency Program. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of initiative and independent judgment; and a desire to develop a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of national accreditation requirements and program-specific policy. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, some of which include program planning, budgeting, recruitment, monitoring and inputting program data, event coordination, and support of resident activities. Additional duties and other projects as assigned.
