About The Position

Residence Life Coordinators cultivate welcoming residential environments where students feel connected and supported. Responsibilities include: - Developing communities that encourage student engagement and belonging - Advising Area Council, the student leadership organization within residential communities - Mentoring students in leadership roles and supporting their development as campus leaders - Facilitating community conversations that address shared expectations, relationships, and community standards - Promoting participation in residential and campus programs Through intentional relationship-building, RLCs help students develop skills that support both personal growth and community responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least one year of related experience
  • Meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
