Resets/Remodel Merchandiser Local $20 hour
About The Position
SPAR is expanding its reset and remodel merchandising team. This role involves remodeling the interiors of big box retailers, which includes building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. Candidates with a background in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor are encouraged to apply. The ideal merchandiser is self-sufficient, highly motivated, proficient with tools, and capable of producing high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Projects include category resets and fixture installation, with ongoing long-term work available.
Requirements
- Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours
- Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf
- Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
- Ability to work in Team environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
- Personal cell is required and valid email address
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Steel toed footwear is required to be worn on job site
- Must live within 45 miles of Fernley, NV

- Planogram experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Work days remodeling big box retail stores
- Building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures
- Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
- Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion
- Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and carry up to 50
