Resets/Remodel Merchandiser Local $20 hour
About The Position
SPAR is actively expanding its team for reset and remodel merchandising. This position involves working as part of a team to remodel the interiors of large retail stores, which includes the tasks of building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. Individuals with experience in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is described as self-sufficient, highly motivated, skilled with tools, and capable of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment. The projects primarily consist of category resets and fixture installation, offering ongoing, long-term work.
Requirements
- Ability to stand a minimum shift of 8 hours
- Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf
- Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
- Ability to work in Team environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
- Personal cell is required and valid email address
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Steel toed footwear is required to be worn on job site

- Planogram experience
Responsibilities
- Remodel big box retail stores
- Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
- Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion
- Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and carry up to 50
